typhillips2001 asked: I want to renovate parts of my home but my budget is low. I was wondering this question to see if I could count on a little more income to add to the budget.
Thanks

UniqueIsWhoSheIs asked: Me personally, I am going to vote against them. I don’t see the point in spending all of this money on losing teams. Don’t get me wrong, I love the Cheifs as much as the next Kansas Citian but the Royals?? C’mon! It isn’t worth my money to build a rolling roof for a SuperBowl. We will be paying for this roof for a long time after the Super Bowl has ended and it just isn’t worth it! What do you think??

Thel asked: We are in our fourth month operation in the internet cafe. Should I transfer to another location with lower monthly rent because our rent is too expensive even if we have a one year leasing contract with the building owner? But to transfer is also costly because we have to pay the two months deposit and one month advance. Aside from this we have to spend for another renovation when we transfer to another business address. What would be the best thing to do?

Nelson asked: Why is government trying to bail out fannie & freddie & the greedy home owners who are facing foreclosure? I lived & owned my home for past 10 years without greed & safe while all my acquaintances refinanced to do their 50k renovation, purchase a luxury cars & buy their 2nd & 3rd homes who are also facing foreclosures right now. Screw them. They are the ones who got into the mess in the first place. Let them dig themselves out of it.

Roky asked: Today I installed new outlets, switch and an over head light as finishing touched for a renovation to a room and after doing so I went to turn the breaker back only to have it trip repeatedly. This is not my first time to do this type of work as a DIYer but this is my first time to have this sort of thing happen to me. To my knowledge all the wiring is hooked up correctly and I did not add anything which would require that much more ampage on the breaker. Any ideas out there as to why it keeps tripping? Will a breaker simply go bad and start false tripping on its own? Any input is appreciated! Thanks!

justme asked: We have a tiny bathroom that 5 people will be sharing (2 adults and 3 children). We will be doing some renovation to make it more space efficient. I thought that it would give the bathroom a little more room if the door opened outward into the hall and against the wall. I started thinking that none of the bathrooms I have owned had door that opened outward. Does this make sense or is my logic flawed?
Thanks for the pocket door suggestion but there is no room for one.

gtmds asked: I live in Florida-US and am updating the old roof of my home with a completely new one before the next hurricane season. I assume that this won’t be a tax deductible expense if I pay for it directly, but would I be able to deduct interests of a home equity loan used towards this renovation?
