Yes, you can file bankruptcy and keep your house and car in most states… Please seek legal advice ..

File bankruptcy so you’ll be able to keep your house, and finish paying it off. You’ll need to hire an attorney that specializes in Bankruptcy,he’ll be able to deal with your credit card debt also.About the child support,he will also be able to help you with a paternity test.A Judge cannot block a paternity test, that’s why we have attorneys. It’s going to cost you.Good Luck.

If you file bankruptcy, you can ‘reaffirm’ the mortgage and keep the house in many cases. If you have significant equity (the home is worth a lot more than you owe) you may be required to cash out some of the equity to pay toward other debts that are discharged.
