Get a lease, online or from Staples or somehwere local definitely. You should try to do a credit/criminal check on your candidate, maybe you can ask that they provide their credit report to you and hope they don't forge something... and check with your county court or sherrifs dept to see if they have any criminal record in your area (unfortunately if they have a record outside of your county you may not be able to find that out), but you can definitely find out if they are a registered sex offender from your county. Interview and trust your instincts, if you have any doubt about the person, don't do it. Get a big security deposit too, because if you don't and they trash something, it's all on you. Good luck!</description>
