How much $ will I need for the following renovations?

1.Privacy fence about 1/2 of an acre of land
2. Sprinkler system for 1/2 acre of land
3. remove and close up 3 prexisting windows
4. Change out cabinets in kitchen, add about 6 feet of cabinets, change countertops, will have to only add plumbing to move dishwasher
5. replace 2 doors (leading outside)
6. lay 3/4 of an acre of new sod
7. install a above ground pool and jacuzzi with some decking
8. replace two bathroom cabinets
9. ceremic tile about 400 square feet
10. have plumbing run to move washer and dryer into garage
11. Put sliding glass doors in an area where a solid wall now exsist
If you only know one, that would be great too!

All those costs can great very from what region in the country you live - I would suggest you get estimates from more than one person.

There is absolutly no way anyone can answer that on here. too many variables such as:
1. Location
2. Size of items
3. Quality of items
4. Union Workers or not

maybe dont do it all at once because you are looking at between $50,000 and $60,000 depending how expensive your taste is
